THE HUSKY WAY FOCUS - “Be the Best Person You Can Be!”
The 5th Graders will be taking their field trip on May 15. They will leave at the regular start time of school and return in time for the Teacher Fund Raiser Stunts at the end of the day.
On May 20-22 Little Girls Volleyball Camp for PreSchool through Incoming Freshmen will be held. The cost is $20 which will include a t-shirt also.
-PreK, K, 1st, and 2nd grades @ 9-10 am
-3rd, 4th, and 5th grades @ 10-11am
-6th, 7th, 8th, 9th @ 11am-12:15 pm
On May 23-24 Girls/Boys Basketball Fundamentals Camp
Incoming Grades 1-2 (8:30-9:30)
Incoming Grades 3-5 (9:45-11:45)
Incoming Grades 6-8 (12:30-3:00)
Cost $20 per camper - Each camper receives a basketball

Congratulations to the West Holt Track Team winners at the District Track Meet on Thursday: Shelby Weber - Discus; Shaely Thiele - 1600; Marcus Marcellus - Shot Put & Discus; Brett Pacha - 800 & 4x400; Josiah McAllister - 800; Josh Coyle - 100, 200, 4x100 & 4x400; Cole Gibbens - 300 Hurdles, 4x100 & 4x400; Connor Osborne - 4x100 & 4x400; and Trey Rossman - 4x100.
Everyone is invited to the Atkinson High School Rodeo this Sunday starting at 9:00 a.m. Come out and support your hometown Rodeo Team.
Students Sports Physicals will be next week at West Holt Clinic. Forms and sample bottles are at the office window for you to pick up. Boys physicals will be at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 20th and Girls will be at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22nd.
Juniors and Sophomores, if you are planning to take any college credit courses next year and planning to apply for the ACE Scholarship, see Mr. Thiele for information and registration.
Students are reminded to get your Class Dues paid to your Class Treasurer.
There will be a cross country meeting for all junior high and high school runners who plan on running cross country next year today at noon in Mr. Kraus's room.
Krotter Lumber Co. is looking for summer-time help - please apply in person.
All girls planning to play 18 & Under Softball need to stop by Mrs. Frickel’s room to pick up a schedule.
Junior League Golf is open to Boys & Girls age 9 - 14 years. The Schedule form is available at the office for more information.
